Wellness Consultation
When it comes to health and wellness for men, it’s all about a high level of clarity and competence that creates confidence, potency, and vitality. If you are not educated or following a system, you will not get the results you are looking for. If you try the no pain, no gain model, you’re going to injury yourself or put forth tons of effort just to burn yourself out and still not accomplish your goals. In this consultation, we address what your goals are, access where you are at in relationship to your goals, and create an actionable plan that is based on your real life circumstances, not what the ideal is.
(If you do a stand alone consultation, a 4 week plan will be sent to you approximately 72 hours following the session)
Using my knowledge from being a Scholar Athlete in college with a degree in Health and sports Science, Psychology, and a Minor in sports and exercise Psychology, over 500 hours of training in various movement modalities as well as hands on physical therapy experience, I will assist you in accomplishing your goals.
Following the consultation, clients can work with me continuously on an 8-12 week basis. Anything less is not sufficient to create results.
Clients must be ready and willing to learn, adapt, and push themselves beyond any limited belief patterns throughout the process.
