Take a 3 month journey that will take you through a process of understanding how to identify not only how to achieve your goals, but highlight areas that more education is needed, and what are the lifestyle barriers that are keeping you from your goals. Diet, schedule, exercise, herbal regime, and even relationship patterns all are taken into account in order to access a depth of clarity on how to arrive to being well.
